Do these actually work? What do they do? Are they hunger supressants or do they get rid of fluid retention?

If they did there would not be any overweight people.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news scoobysoo, but I tried Adios and they didn't do a thing for me. I believe they are meant to make you feel a bit more full up so you eat less at mealtimes. I felt no different. Doll xx
