A credit card purchase has nothing to do with your bank account.
If no money has been taken why would you expect a refund?
When did you place the order, with all the holidays over the past week or so delays are inevitable.
So you have a proof of posting, it varies from service to service but I believe RM expect you to wait ~ 15 days before an item is declared lost. And in any case it is the senders responsibility.
