Savoury Recipe For Mascarpone...

I have 2 tubs that must be used this weekend and also a pack of wraps (I was going to make chilli to eat with those) but I don’t want to waste the mascarpone does anyone have any recipe ideas?

I blasted some up the other day with some sardines, some fresh dill, a squeeze of lemon and some seasoning.

The paté is gorgeous on crusty bread.
