I was able to find an email address that was deleted that I need from July 2017. I have never recovered before but it allows me to place a tick at the deleted item and I hit recover - but it doesn't "go" anywhere. Anything I can do. Thanks

On my emails if I tick a deleted one it allows me to press move and then I move it to my inbox

Well went back to emails there and found that it was moved to "sent" - so got information - thanks Islay
