I ventured into the city centre for the first time in 2 weeks...unusual for me. The Cold from Hell kept me home. Lovely to have missed the post Christmas madness. The shops were quiet, and everyone was relaxed. Weather dry...just right. :-)

Good day here - starting with a small miracle as the paper shop still had a copy of my preferred Sunday Paper at 2pm.

So I did my chores and then settled down about 3pm, with a small glass of red, for a quiet meander through the myriad supplements, whilst watching Jason Roy thrash the ball around the MCG. Nice afternoon.

No white stuff in Stockton, but it got a bit colder through the afternoon. I've had four back-breaking hours at work, trying to get a Kitchen picked for an order (Managed it though), and it's my first job, first thing in the morning. Joy.....

I slept through half of it. I have had a new experience in the last couple of days though which was quite exiting. Got stuck in a lift for the first time ever (wasn't much fun at the time)

Not a good day. Electric off for 8 hours. Car blocked on drive. No heat, no internet, can’t go out. These things pass.
