I'm trying to get hold of a v.soft (cream?) Irish cheese called Boille (pron. bow-lee I think) in or around London/SE. There are two varieties, cow and goat, and both are packaged in jars of seasoned oil.

It's produced by a company in Cavan called Ryefield Farm. Their details www.ryefield.com and [email protected]. They should be able to advise of stockists.
