Good Morning Early Birds!

Wednesday. I overslept...for me anyway. I didn't get to sleep until just after 0100, so it's still the usual four hours.

Very windy outside this morning, but the sky is clear and lots of stars are out to play.

Friends coming to lunch today. I haven't seen them for some time, so I'm looking forward to them being here. I did all the prep yesterday, so just the main course gto cook. Sweet and sour pork, so that will take about fifteen minutes. Fruit salad for starter marinating in the fridge, panna cotta for pud, also in the fridge. Sorted.
