I have a friend who says he lives in a City; there is a Cathedral but no University. Is he misinformed or a pathological liar? Does anyone know which City is the smallest in the UK?

MK has DeMontfort University too. Not sure where the cathedral is though. Royal charters give city status, Inverness has just been given one too. Welwyn come under same banner as Letchworth - Garden Cities. Absolute ******** - their towns.
