I’m going into property renovations with a friend , we’re both putting in £10k each for the mortgage and 10k each for renovations - if all goes well we plan to continue and create a property portfolio. What would be the best way to create our partnership . Limited company with 50/50 share ? A partnership ? A limited liability partnership ? Or something else ? Thanks
