Saturday. Not raining! A pleasent change. No wind blowing. I'm happy with that.
I'm out this afternoon to a hospice event. The annual Light up a life service at the hospice had to be cancelled because of the heave snow we had. The hospice in on Minchinhampton Common, which is high up and all the roads to it are steep, so it was all cut off from this side, to go round to the other side is a twenty mile diversion, so an extra forty miles in total. A retirement village in :Painswick has offered to host a remembrance tea for us, free of charge. I've been there before, it's a beautiful place and the people are lovely. Their restaurant is superb. The food is excellent and the staff are delightful. It's very kind of them to do this for us.
more than can be said of the GP - she has called the gastro doctor 3 times and her admin 2 for a copy of his final report and assessment and no reply. I have left a message too now. The GP thinks it IBS or Gastritis though I rule the latter out as the daughter had an oral endoscopy in Israel.
