it would have to prosecuted in the local arena
and no one is gonna do that - and I am not sure if a ct in gloo-mania or wherever can take a licence away from a Brit
BUT free-tee - there are some crimes ( not Road traffic ) which can be prosecuted cross border - piracy, air piracy, terrorism, some sex offences under the 2003 act - erm spring to mind.
