Haven't got a clue what happened there. I powered down then powered up again. No response, black screen. I pressed and pressed the power button to no avail. Eventually I swore at it and it decided to start. Could this be something to do with Windows 10?
THE big black space thing is becoming an issue for me. I recall someone else (trt?) had a similar issue a few months ago. It's Windows 10 trying to update, even though I've tried to set it so it asks me first. It fails each time as it needs several Gb and I don't have that much spare capacity- but it seizes everything up for a few minutes a smy screen goes black. getting sick of it
When I was on Windows Vista 2 gb would see me through a month. now I'm on W 10 8 gb hardly lasts me a fortnight. My usage has not changed, so there must be something rotten in the state of Denmark (Windows) as Shakespeare would have put it.
