Skype Query

Hi Guys, Can anyone tell me how I can retrieve my Skype contacts please. I had about 40 telephone numbers other than my Skype to Skype contacts on my PC. When I synced to my iPad I decided I did not want all of them on the iPad so I deleted all except Skype to Skype friends. In my ignorance I did not realise this would delete the 40 numbers from my PC as well. How can I get them back please?......Thanks. Tel
