Enoch Powell was not a racist .He was voicing the concerns that most of us had at that time. That one day if mass immigration went unchecked our infrastructure and resources would be stretched to the limit.Now 50 years on his words are coming true.

Religious privilege is the problem. Normally intelligent people (many atheists included) seem to lose their marbles when it comes to religion.

David Frost asked him about this and EP volunteered that the growth in immigrant poopulation would reach - whatever 20m and this is a third of the population of the UK.

Frost asked how he got that - and EP said the population of the UK is currently 60m - equals a third

and Frostie said yeah but the whole of the population of the UK wont be that in twenty years ( or whenever)

EP said - no one knows what the whole population of this island will be

and the audience gasped !

and the EP supporters picked themselves up and came out of the corner and said " he's right of course - we have a good idea of what will happen to the immigrant population and no idea at all about what the whole population count will be"
