Can anyone please tell me the name of the woman who does the voice-over for the Oxford, Westgate ad - it starts with the roof of the Sheldonian theatre opening and lipsticks coming out and also what all the lipsticks mean ? Thanks

I presume the lipsticks represent birds escaping once the dome is tilted, also at the same time representing one of the products sold under their roof.
