It's useless Dorset Police so not surprising but they are not alone, how many wrongful convictions are there out there because the Police hid evidence?

Not only should the false accuser be in jail but so should all Police who were complicit in hiding evidence that proved there was no case to answer.

Hope he takes pathetic Dorset Police to the cleaners, all they are good for is traffic offences and only easy ones at that.

people re-ask well what were the defence doing ?

the note was left on the accused's doorstep so he knew it existed....and so perhaps did the barrister. - so why wasnt it used in the defence ( it was used in the appeal )

if the accused has gone to prison then
perjury is an appropriate offence ( min 2 y in slammer if convicted )

perhaps there are details we dont know

( the liar who accused Ted Heath was dobbed in by his psychiatrist - on the grounds of public interest as in 'you know this man is a pathological liar dont you?' - they kinda remembered quig)

There are alot of malicious accusations at the moment especially from school kids. I'm with a sports club and we can't get coaches for juniors because of 2 malicious accusations at the club.

Funny old world. Plod and the prosecution service collude to get innocent people convicted, whilst the real abusers travel the world all expenses paid to commit carefully planed abuse of children and the vulnerable. They then preen themselves in the media and lecture us about our scruples from the self appointed moral high ground, whilst being handsomely paid for it. Meehh.
