Left over turkey meatballs from yesterday!

A roast chicken is due to land......lemon, thyme, pepper, chipotle and chilli flakes, choice of roasties or pasta, roasted parsnips and carrots, steamed french beans, baby sprouts, baby leeks and pak choy.

He is having fillet steak jkt spud and salad, I am having just fillet steak. I have also got egg muffins in the oven for my breakfast for the next 6 days, and I have made falafel for lunch for the next few days

Make a chilli sauce and add chopped beef to it and serve on nachos? Slice it and serve with stir fry.chop it and put it in with gravy and veg top with mashed spuds and cheese for a quick cottage pie

Ive had an omelette with cheese, chives and parsley. And a slice of choc Swiss roll.

I had a pizza made from a tortilla, topped with onions, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, one torn slice of ham and some grated cheese. Drizzled tomato juice mixed with sweet chilli sauce.
