I used to live in a road where there were a couple who would place traffic cones outside their house as soon as their car left the kerbside. It really was comical to watch.
On more than one occasion other residents would move the cones so they could park, and the rows that would ensue were equally comical.
The couple steadfastly believed it was their right to park outside their house, and would brook no argument to the contrary.

^I have regularly "confiscated" these cones and anonymously drop them off at the local police station from time to time. Normally they appear to have been nicked from public roadworks so only doing my bit of recycling. It can sometimes be quite a scramble getting back in the car whilst the ignorant luddites are speeding from the front window...
I wonder why she was so upset and angry....perhaps she couldn't get her vehicle out and needed it to get to hospital to see a sick child or parent. I am not condoning her behaviour but do wonder if there are circumstances that should be taken into consideration before I will join in the call for serious punishment.....I will also wait for a full trial and a guilty verdict before decrying the area from which she hails.
