Grenfell Tower.
12 Answers
As terrible as the Grenfell disaster was, we will never know the true numbers of victims, because Grenfell housed so many illegal immigrants sub letting the flats.
How many more houses and flats are accommodating droves of illegals, all draining the resources of our society.
White indigenous people are now the minority in our country's capital city.

Non were illegal immigrants. Most victims died from smoke inhalation so their bodies were not incinerated and could be counted.
A list of victims is listed here.

The Initial inquiry did not find droves of illegals, that is just in your prejudiced imagination. While some parts of London have a majority of foreign born residents, it is wholly wrong to assert that they make up the majority in the Capital as a whole. Of those that do live in London, the vast majority are here legally.

You could start by getting your facts right, and not being a racist moron peddling lies.
For someone who professes to follow christian principles, your use of such a tragic event with a huge loss of innocents lives, is rather sickening. And telling.

"Illegals cannot claim benefits or register for resources due to being illegal - so how are they a drain?"
Well let's have a think. Most people need (in order of importance) water, food, shelter and facilities to dispose of their sewage. (They need much more, but I'm trying to keep it simple). People here legally pay for those needs either from cash they have earned or cash provided to them in benefits. As you say, illegals are not normally eligible for benefits and are not able to work legally. But their needs remain nonetheless. So they must either steal (or commit other crime) or work illegally. If they steal they are a drain in that they are depriving people of their goods and chattels. If they work illegally they deprive the exchequer of funds that others pay via taxes. Broadening the debate a little, if illegals require medical treatment they will not be denied it (hence being a drain on the NHS). If they end up in court ( a strong possibility for those choosing to steal to sustain themselves) they will qualify for Legal Aid and an interpreter if necessary (and will not be denied either on the basis of being illegal because that breaches the European Convention on Human Rights). If they are detected working illegally by the Border Force they will face deportation and we all know the costs of the multitude of appeals to which they will be entitled to challenge that action.
In short, every person living in the UK incurs costs to subsist. Those costs are incurred regardless of their immigration status. Those with no form of legitimate income have to meet those costs by some sort of illegal activity. Hence they are a drain.

Although I would not condone Gromit's language, his point is a valid one - and as usual, you pour scorn on anyone who simply has a different point of view from your own.
I am unsure of the point you wish to make - sympathy for the tragic loss of life, or annoyance that some of those who died might have been 'resource-draining illegals'.
I think posting something that manages to be offensive on two levels must take some doing - not that I think it is admirable, or a trait to be repeated anywhere else on the site.
