Fair enough, if the E and H are definitely right. But I can't link THRAE to decision, and of course as you say thrae is not earth backwards.

I get the impression you are irritated with me on this one Mamyalynne. But it seems clear to me Terra fits the clue much better but doesn't fit the pattern. Earth fits the pattern which you say is right but doesn't fit the clue at all.
It is indeed a stinker.
