I Might Be Haunted By The Spirit Of Someone Who Drowned

ok so a while ago i had this strange vision randomly that i was drowned by two men in a river everything was so vivid, like i was possessed by someone who drowned and they were showing me their memories of it or something but even weirder im a girl and in the vision i woke up on the shore by the river and saw a blondish boy at the bottom its been a few months since then getting small flashback type things almost everytime im around large bodies of water and earlier i saw some random scratches on my leg which never happened before and everytime im alone, or even sometimes when im not i get the feeling someone is watching me what is going on? not sure if anyone can help. just asking.

I just wonder what is the significance of beginning a conversation with "OK so". I know it has nothing to do with answering the question here (I don't have an answer to your question, sorry). But I notice so many people now begin a conversation with "So" or "OK so", as if it was following on from a previous conversation. Is this an American thing? It is unfamiliar to me.

guess ill never know for sure why things fall by themselves. doors open with no wind. eyes stare at me from the dark. things tap at my window at night. something i cant see watches me when im alone in a room. or when im alone outside a small voice calls 'help me' yep, maybe im just crazy. most people think i am.
