Breathing thru 2 nostrils?
3 Answers
I have heard several times that we only actually breathe thru one nostril at a time!
I think this is a load of BS!
Does anyone have any evidence to support/disprove this load of nonsense?
Incidentally, I went out early one morning and noted that because my breath was visible, both nostrils produced an equally visible plume of vapour!
How can you explain that?!

It may be that one of your nostrils is more blocked than the other giving the impression that it just comes out of one more than the other. I can't think of any good logical reason why both wouldn't be equally used under normal circumstances. I'll get back to you if I find contradictory evidence : )
