Buying Mineral Oil

Reading today's Mail magazine, I want to make my own diffuser oil ... it says use mineral oil, mix with vodka! and essential oil. Seems very easy to me as I have a diffuser which is almost empty, must be a lot less expensive than buying a new diffuser. My question is, where do I buy mineral oil? Thanks in advance.

As you want to make your own oil diffuser then you can make it. According to me, purchasing it from a store is the better option as compared to making it in your home.
