Disappointment!

I ordered a navy top from a catalogue a few days ago.
Parcel came today. What a surprise. Not what I ordered. Horrendous flowery multi coloured top that looked like pyjamas. The size was also wrong two sizes bigger. The paperwork with it showed what I had ordered.
I looked at returns details and it said I have to pay £2.95 postage to return it. Not having that. Phone number was an 0844 number that costs so I went on saynoto0870 and got a free phone number.
It's very disconcerting when they answer the phone with hello Mrs Caran!
They have phone recognition.
I explained what had happened and I was not going to be paying postage to return their mistake. The lady was very good, she said she will get it collected free of charge and hopefully send me the correct item. So all okay.

Disappointing indeed, let's hope they keep their word.

It's not really a return in the usual sense, I suppose, it's just a mistake at their end and they need to sort it.
