Where Can I Find Spider Webs In The Spring?

I need to rake photos and missed the Autumn abundance

On the lens of exterior cctv cameras , its just fascinating to watch them spinning their webs at night , the built in camera light must attract them,

I think it’s the moths and other bugs attracted to the light that attracts the spider to the light as it knows “fishing’s” always good at this spot.

Actually how does a spider know this? Are their eyes and intellect that advanced it can see lights from the ground with moths and bugs circulating around it and thinks “ I need to get up there as there’s an abundance of food their?”
