I Do Love A Bargain!
32 Answers
I just went for a mooch in the freezer to see what I could get out for dinner and I've come up with surf & turf (pork belly with lobster tails). The lobster tails are normally £11 a pair but they were being cleared out at £1.99 for a pack of two so I grabbed 4 packs. I'll serve up with some buttery vegetables but I'm stuck on what to do for a sauce ... suggestions appreciated.

Steak - reduced, out the freezer, defrosted it in the marinade
Sesame noodles - sesame oil and dried noodles from the cupboard
Satay veg - bought the veg, but used an already open jar of satay sauce.
