For no apparrent reason my laptop screen is displaying everything in Black & White. I tried restarting and it came back on in colour for the start up page but as soon as I entered my password it went straight to displaying everything in B&W. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

Thank you so much Mamyalynne for quick answer. Your suggestion worked a treat. What would I do without answerbank and people like you. No idea how I accidentally switched to B&W but now at least I'll know what to do if it happens again :-)
So glad it helped.
My mother in law hasn't done that to her computer yet.

She's done everything else though, impatiently clicking on everything. I keep having to drag the bottom back from the side, reinstate the home key, delete numerous FB links in bookmarks and the like. At least when she makes it black and white, I'll know what to do now.
