Musical Muddle

Can anyone help please?
It’s the village quiz its entitled musical muddle, the answers are all stage or screen musicals. Unfortunately there are no hints with regards to number of letters or words!! Needs to be in by the end of march.
This is the last one, thanks to all of you who have answered. I did have one answer to this one which was rollercoaster, but I cant see how it fits into the clue.

I am not sure Rollercoaster is the name of a Musical (apart from a kids' TV cartoon called Rollercoaster :the musical). There was a film Rollercoaster which hound a soundtrack by Lalo Schiffrin.
Carousel is wortha shout although it's not that 'hair rasing ' is it.
