Can't Get Printer Claim Code For My Hp Envy 5640E All In One Printer

I have just bought a HP Envy 5640e All In One Printer and followed the instructions to install but I want to set up for Instant Ink, I followed the instructions for this and I print out the Information Page and the instructions said the Claim Code would be printed on this but there is no code, there is the printer's own email address which is: [email protected] and I have tried entering this but I get the message Invalid Claim Code. Can anyone help me with this?
