Has anybody played this and actually done well?! i have got a good team who are all playing 8s, 9s, and 10s each game but nobody can score and im 15th in the league! how the hell do you do well in this game!!!! any advice would be good,

Just like the real thing eh? If more premiership coaches knew the answer to scoring goals, fewer of them would receive the "full backing of the board" every season.
