Salvation Army's Family Tracing Service
The Salvation Army Family Tracing Service exists to try to restore (or to sustain) family relationships, by locating relatives who for various reasons have become out of touch. There are certain categories of enquiries the service does not normally become involved with.

Organisation which can help re-establish contact with friends and family, by informing the person being sought that a letter is being held for them at the Traceline office. If the person has died they will advise how to obtain a copy of the death certificate. Will also help companies trace customers or former employees e.g to make payment on assurance policies or pensions, and to find will beneficiaries. Will not act in cases involving adoption, or where contact may be disruptive. Search fee for priority service is �40 (only available with the date of birth), standard service �30 and �25 for letter forwarding. Ring for further details.
