Does the TV: Toshiba 21S23, Have one or more AV Ports?

Also, i am open to suggestions on TV sets that offer 2 or more AV Ports over 19 inch and colour under �100.

The 21S23 has a single set of AV outputs. Apart from the aerial socket, the only other connectors are two SCART sockets:

Sorry, I can't recommend any TVs that match your requirements but I would point out that you can connect AV devices to SCART sockets by using an adapter lead. These can be expensive if you go to the wrong places (e.g. the cheapest a branch of Curry's could offer me, last year, was �19.99) but I've purchased perfectly good SCART-AV leads from Tesco Extra for �1.97 each
