For some time I have been feeling fatigued/lethargic a lot of the time. Ive never slept very well but this feels more than just some sleep deprivation. I had to attend a meeting this afternoon and it took all I had to prevent me from closing my eyes and going sleep. Also feel short of breath and occasionally nauseous (on the bus home I nearly had to get off because I felt disorientated and sick) Have checked my blood pressure and that seems to be ok.
I haven't drank for some time, I'm not currently smoking and I'm eating a diet high in veg, fruit and salads. I'm drinking loads of water and avoiding caffeine.
I'm doing all the right things and feel like cr @p.
Any ideas what to do?

ummmm, I might have a mental blip here and there but on the whole Im not doing too bad.
anne, Yes, I intend to make an app with the quack.
Spath, I'm currently eating 2-3 portions of fruit a day. If I drink any more water Ill drown ;-)
