Can anyone help me? I am trying to find the Amazon Prime Video App that will allow me to watch videos from Amazon Prime Video on my Luxor Smart TV

Check the apps section on your tv. Smart tv's are notorious in that that they dictate what apps you can have, though prime is one of the main ones that most have. Maybe it needs updating.

Failing all else, get a fire stick.
