Are These "tics" Normal?
alright, so for a little while now iv'e been noticing these strange "tics" you could call them. its been going on for around a few months, and it hasn't been that bad until recently. i'm not even sure if its a real problem, i just figured id ask somewhere anyhow. since iv'e never actually been diagnosed with anything that would cause this. anyway, so for a few months iv'e had this "ticing" thing happen. it used to just be small, like occasionally a few times a day my shoulders or arms would have a small twitch, sometimes a few, but it always went away after a few seconds. so i figured nothing was wrong. unfortunately though, it didn't continue that way. alright so just do you know as of now i'm 14, so im in school. and, during my first period class two days ago, I started having the "tics" again. but this time, they lasted for a few minutes before they stopped. they were small, but still noticeable. the same thing then happened in my 8th period class(P.E.), but this time, lasted for longer, around half the period my shoulders and arms would "tic", do that for a few minutes, stop for around 30 seconds or so and start back up again. it was weird, because I doubt anyone actually saw me, but still, I couldn't stop the "tics" they were involuntary, which is what I wanted to say to the few people that did give me a weird look. they stopped for around 10 to 20 minutes after that, while i was on my way to my creative writing club after school. but as soon as I got into the room they started up again, this time they were bit quicker and lasted for a shorter amount of time then before. then, yesterday the "tics" were back, in different times, lasting for a few minutes at a time, and the same thing happened today. so, like i said, iv'e never been diagnosed with anything that would cause "tics", so i'm a bit confused as to why this has been happening to me lately. is it worth mentioning that since the longer "tics" started happening, sometimes my right hand will start shaking violently with no warning? maybe. i don't think that's related though. anyway, just let me know if you think these "tics" are a problem, or nothing to worry about. because i am a bit concerned.
(sorry for any grammar/spelling mistakes. not my strong subject.)
