Monday. lost of sunshine yesterday, but a cold wind took all the fun out of it. It clouded over, but no rain. Still cloudy now, 10.3°C outside at the moment. Could be worse.

I went down to the canal yesterday to see friends on duty, A pleasent couple of hours, and isn't it wonderful how a cuppa tastes when someone else makes it!

More to do outside if it's warm enough, I'll flash up the barbie if it is.

Am curious @ Wbm's reference to Gloucester and Wm I. Although I can't find a link to corroborate this I was always under the impression that he was crowned in Westminster Abbey on Christmas Day, 1066. There was some trouble as the enthusiasm of the crowds outside were perceived as rioting by those inside.
