can anyone tell me for sure or advise where i can get the following info: how many ads can i post to other groups at once before i get a temporary ban ?...also how many groups can i join at once before i get the same ban...just been banned on 2 accounts for these offences, drives ya nuts, lol...ps its not spam, genuinely trying to sell a large item. thanks in advance

I don't believe you can advertise things for sale on here. This is not a website like Gumtree.

I've advertised in literally dozens as long as they are marketplace groups and not groups for specific areas. If you post the same thing in lots of those you'll get a ban, but if you do it via Marketplace you can literally advertise in nearly all you are a member of. x
