I wouldn't trust the doctors diagnosis anyway! 3 times I was told I was depressed by 2 different doctors. I saw 2 of them about my anxiety attacks and they passed it off as depression and I saw one of them again when I felt dizzy and stuff and had to have a blood test to find out if I was anaemic. Turned out I was but each time they told me I was depressed and should be on pills!!! I just refused. I know 100% I am not depressed!
