The children were 9/10 and 5/6 when the mother was killed. Why would it be the brother? He campaigned for 7 years to get his brother out of jail.

Yes, i watched it danny. I thought it might turn out to be the brother but Talbot's post saying "it aint the brother" made me think maybe the actual outcome was known to some, so I started to wonder if the twist was that innocent man might turn out to have been guilty all along after all. So at least Talbot's misinformation meant I kept more of an open mind.
