What Type Of Wine Is Good With Fish

would it be a dry white, or something else, any suggestions would be welcome
likely it will have to come from waitrose as that is my nearest shop.
but if sainsburys do anything special let me know...

Forget all the snobbery about wine. Drink what you like best .
I'm actually glad I'm a wine dinosaur, most white tastes the same as does most red to me. There again, so does fish :-)
Buckfast is quite popular up this way, i asked one of the geds if it goes well with fish, he said it goes well with anything but said it goes best with special brew

All this matching of wines to food is so pretentious :-)

Drink whatever you like ,with your grub
Not all fish taste the same so, if you’re fussy about such things, which BtW I’m not, then you’d need to pair a different wine to cod or Dover sole to, say, Trout.
