Athens Of The North?

Edinburgh was known as the Athens of the north ,not anymore more like the Amritsar of the north the streets are littered with rubbish from the oriental shops cardboard and packages strewn about overflowing wheely bins,as the orientals get away with it the rest just do the same,I was once proud of Edinburgh not anymore anyone who disagrees with me take a stroll down leith walk on a Wednesday afternoon

I was in Edinburgh and Aberdeen earlier in the year, can't say it stood out as being anything awful, any more than anywhere else tbh, but yes universally litter is an issue but I don't think it has anything to do with people's ethnicities tbh.
