Mot Changes 20Th May 2018.
Updates by my MOT tester. Reversing lights must be working. No oil leaks. Under inflated tyres. Fault indications on dash. Amongst other things.

Mine is due next tuesday ;o( - its 12 years old now.
i do have a minor oil leak that i will try to clean up a bit.
One positive thing is the new category of 'minor' which doesnt mean a fail any more.
I think the major change is the smoke from the exhaust - this will drive a lot of older high mileage cars off the road. Mainly because people wont buy them in the first place if they have no chance of getting through the next MOT.
This may help the government but it hits the people who cant afford to pay lots of money for their transport.
With less cars at that end of the market then prices may go up a bit i expect.
