That Was A Strange 5 Mins

Nice lad from Sainsburys brought our shopping and he'd delivered a couple of weeks ago and was confused as we had four large bags of compost in our delivery. So this week I showed him the balcony . He then mentioned he'd just bought a house and he had his first garden. He left with 3 large tomato plants, a pepper plant and a pack of French bean seeds. He said that will take some explaining back at the depot. Only about 6 more to get rid of.

Typical gardener, always grow too many last year I planted all of them, and could barely squeeze onto the balcony.

I wish you could send some to me, rowanwitch. I seem to have the kiss of death to plants. My tomato and chilli plants are small and spindly.

The peppers almost certainly only need more heat and both sound like they need more light.
