Liverpool And The Kkk.......

...........The Keeper Karius in Kiev. Useless. A Sunday League keeper would have done better than him. One of the Liverpool team said, "It wasn't his fault. We win together, we lose together", but they didn't go near him after the final whistle, not even the manager. What a journey to watch that garbage. Days of travel costing thousands of pounds and Karius and Liverpool, become a laughing stock.

That, surely, would restore some endearment toward him. Won't be holding my breath, though.
Think you're being a bit harsh with your 'men v boys' analysis, sqad. I thought Liverpool had a game plan which went out of the window once Mo Salah was forced off. Then Karius dropped his first clanger. Bale's arrival clearly made a difference but despite the high percentage of possession Madrid enjoyed, they only had 5 shots on target. Not as if they peppered the unfortunate 'keeper continuously.
Talking of Bale and his goals; i watched the match live and i didn't see one of the least effective players on the pitch, Ronaldo, congratulate him on either. It may well be that the camera cut away? When Bale scored with the overhead kick, Ronnie could be seen looking up at the big screen with a sort of 'rictus grin' on his face. Do the two not get on?

Did anyone see Sergio Ramos expression after his clash with Salah, any decent man would have been upset at injuring a fellow player. Not him, if ever a man's face said job done I have yet to see a better example. His success as a defender has long been due to his mastery of the 'dark arts playbook' and he won a few free kicks before the end of the match with some high points value falling down. Karius made two terrible mistakes which he will take a long time to get over. But in goalkeeping terms he is still young. At least this relatively young team got to the final, they won't want that feeling again. I expect Man U felt similar after the FA cup. Losing for teams used to winning is not a good sensation.
Btw I am not a Liverpool supporter. My team won something this year.
