Ireland And The Abortion Vote

This may seem obvious, and sorry for sounding thick, but if only Ireland, as opposed to Ireland and Northern Ireland, voted, is abortion legal in Northern Ireland?
And if so, why don’t women go there for an abortion?

They can either have a legal abortion via the NHS or in a private clinic in Northern Ireland (provided they meet the criteria of a serious and long term risk to mental or physical health that is probable and not possible), or in all other circumstances travel in England, Scotland or Wales, and pay to terminate

Northern Ireland has the strictest anti-abortion legislation in Europe. It's a very conservative place with the DUP, on the Protestant side, and most of the Catholic politicians against it.
In time women may travel from the north to the republic to have abortions
