She’S Gone

It was very peaceful I had to laugh though at her wee tongue poking out.
The vet that did it was our Teddy’s vet and she was great.
She’s now crossed over rainbow bridge and I know she will be playing with Jess whom she loved very much.
I’m ok though, I’m glad she’s now at peace.

As we went into the vets, the dog behaved as though it was a specimen of health. But it had started having really bad fits, lots of times each day. The vet put the needle in his paw, and it was all over in seconds. He just gave a slight moan, then passed away. As you all know, I'm not keen on dogs, but it was sad to see. But that was a long, long time ago.
Thank you everyone for your kind words and hugs.
I’ve had a quiet evening lit a candle. Will collect the ashes in a few weeks time.
I’ve spent most of the night comforting Henry. He spent most of his time with Molly, looking out for her, making sure she ate, had a clear run to a tray and that the others left her be. Poor wee mite misses her. But I’ve promised him he will always have his mumma xx
