Why No Knighthood For Whole England World Cup Squad(1966)
Manager Alf Ramsey was knighted by the Queen immediately after the World Cup triumph. Geoff Hurst, who scored three of the goals, was given a knighthood in 1988.
The team captain Bobby Moore who died of cancer in 1992 was given an OBE in 1967. Bobby Charlton was also knighted in 1994.
All or none in my opinion

Alf Ramsey got his gong as the Manager, Bobby Moore as the Captain - the others you mention got their gongs much later for other reasons (e.g. services to sport).
I guess the Manager and Captain were singled out as the kingpins of the World Cup success.
If you go for the "All" option it gets a bit complicated - do you mean all the party, or just all the Final players for example.
