in the news now following Sajid Javid's appearance on the Andrew Marr Show.

it has been established that windrush children have the right stay in the uk; in which case, were the government right to deport 32 of them because of their criminal past? and is the government equally right to decline to review their deported status?

Would not checking the status of the thirty-two not also affect the status of any sons and daughters they have?

Why should they suffer for what the parents have done wrong?

Sorry but this is not about what Sajid Javid or anyone else wants but what the law says is right. If the law says that Windrush "members" have a right to be here and not be deported for criminal offences, then they have a right to be here. It may be that they need to face British Justice for what they did but that is a separate issue.
