Hi, I recently ordered a product from Maskhouse UK and I am expecting it today but according to UK mail,"Your parcel has been rearranged by the recipient" but what is that supposed to mean?
I have never rearranged anything and I received another message saying "It has been delivered; it was left in a safe place: the porch" but I was up during the time that they supposedly delivered the item and even if I didn't answer...where is the 'Sorry we missed you card? I don't even have a porch.
Something as simple as somebody mis-keying a single digit into a computer can result in deliveries getting mixed up. Call 02476 937770 to seek a resolution to your problem.
