Going To Fry Some Onions

I thing I will have burgers for tea,just to fry the onions and slap some cheese on top(I might go all out and toast the burger bun)

I just cant be bothered cooking in this hot weather,i have had the air con. on since 10.30am,lovely and cool.cant wait to see my sons face when he comes home from work to burgers,he left for work at 7 this morning.but he is a good wee soul,never complains whatever I give him,i think he just appreciates getting something cooked

He is having wine poached salmon with boiled potatoes and veggies and I am having 2 slices of ham, grated cheese and cold baked beans

scallops and tagliatelle here, some green beans and peas cut in with chilli, garlic, lemon rind and juice and red onion.....dead easy to do.

I was going to have a lamb burger and some pan fried, garlicky aubergine,no bun. But the burger hasn't defrosted. So it will be something with prawns instead.

Not a fan of a cold bean but used to love eating garden peas straight from the tin.

I use to sit on my mums step shelling peas, quite a lot went in my mouth lol x

I love garden peas. Frozen or from a tin. When tinned I used to tip the juice into a bowl and dip my chips in it.

Burgers have to have tomatoes, lettuce and raw onion...imo
